Our online booking system only supports advance payment via bank card.
If you would like to pay with a SZÉP Card or take advantage of a discount, please follow these steps:
1. Select your preferred appointment time in the system.
2. At the end of the booking process, in the "Message or Comment About the Booking" section, indicate whether you wish to pay with a SZÉP Card or specify the type of discount (e.g., Semmelweis employee discount).
**Important:** After booking, the system will automatically send you a notification requesting payment within 1 hour. If you are paying with a SZÉP Card, you can ignore this message. Please notify me of your intention to pay with a SZÉP Card, so I can adjust the system settings to ensure your appointment is not canceled. In the case of a discount, I will update the amount payable accordingly.are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please inform us in a timely manner! Considering that rescheduling takes time, cancellations or changes to the appointment can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the reserved time (via email or phone).
In the case of a cancellation within 48 hours – if no one else books your canceled appointment – 50% of the treatment price will be forfeited.
In practice, it works like this:
You have an appointment booked for Tuesday at 6:00 PM. You cancel it on Monday at 12:00 PM. If no one books your canceled Tuesday appointment and you would like to reschedule for Wednesday at 5:00 PM, you will need to pay a 50% cancellation fee on Wednesday. This means you will pay a total of 1.5 times the price for the treatment. This way, it’s a bit inconvenient for both of us, but it’s not too bad for either.
If you cancel your appointment outside of the 48-hour window and another appointment doesn’t work for you, the treatment price will be automatically refunded.
