**Cancellation Policy**
🚨 Please read the following information carefully!

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us in advance! Since rescheduling takes time, cancellations or changes can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the booked time (via email or phone).

In case of cancellation within 48 hours - if no one takes the canceled time slot - 50% of the treatment price will be forfeited.

If you cancel the appointment more than 48 hours in advance and no other time is suitable, you will receive a full refund for the treatment.
